Ergonis Software today announced KeyCue 4.5, adding support for QuicKeys shortcuts. KeyCue is a handy tool for learning and remembering keyboard shortcuts. Whenever the Command key is kept pressed for a while, KeyCue displays a table with all keyboard shortcuts available in the currently active application. Starting with version 4.5 of KeyCue and version 4.0 of QuicKeys, the two applications work together allowing KeyCue to show the currently active QuicKeys shortcuts.

In addition to keyboard shortcuts for application-specific menu commands and Keyboard Maestro macros, the new version adds support for system-wide hotkeys. KeyCue also includes a number of other improvements and fixes, like support for function keys F16 to F19 on aluminum keyboards and improved display of shortcuts that include the space bar.
