New ExpressCard modem offers quad-band 3G connections
nova media today announced the GlobeTrotter Express 441, a sleek modem which supports quad-band HSPA connections with up to 7.2 Mbit/s download speeds and up to 5.76 Mbit/s upload speeds. The GlobeTrotter Express 441 allows Macintosh users for the first time to establish 3G connections with an ExpressCard on all continents. The necessary software is delivered on the modems flash memory ready to install and does not need a separate CD or download.
